World Health Organization states that when someone who has Virus coughs or exhales they release droplets of infected fluid. Most of these droplets fall on nearby surfaces and objects, such as desks, tables or telephones. People could catch Virus by touching contaminated surfaces or objects, and then touching their eyes, nose, or mouth. If they are standing within 1 meter of a person with Virus they can catch it by breathing in droplets coughed out or exhaled by them. In other words, Virus spreads in a similar way to flu. Most persons infected with Virus experience mild symptoms and recover. However, some experience more serious illness and may require hospital care.
It has to be taken seriously by every employer and the potential risk form Virus:
- There is a risk that people which are coming back to work might unwittingly bring the virus to their work place. Others might be unknowingly exposed to Virus.
- Although Virus is a mild disease for most people, it can make some very ill. Around 1 in every 5 people who catch Virus needs hospital treatment.
- Employees who are coming back to work, they need to be protected, since they can bring the Virus back home to their families
Since whole world is on a lockdown and some of the countries are trying to re-open the economy by opening some of the companies, but still – we are facing the challenges:
- How to ensure that people are keeping the distance between each other.
- Person is healthy and can work without any interferences with the virus.
- Probably one of the most important challenge is how to track all the interactions between the infected person and healthy person.
